It can be daunting going to a new dentist. You might come to us because you have recently moved to Gladstone, you haven’t been to a dentist in a while, or you are looking for a change. As a new patient you are welcomed and made to feel as comfortable as if you have been with us for years.

Yes, there will be some paperwork to complete. You will be asked to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that these can be completed. A medical history will also be taken and updated every twelve months.

For all Patients

Your time is very important to us. We pride ourselves on running to time. We allocate sufficient space that at no time should you feel rushed or pressured.

Sometimes things do not go according to plan and in the rare time you are waiting, we will always keep you informed.

All conversations with your dentist and the team will be in a style and language that is clear and understandable. We are fortunate to undergo regular workshops and training in Communication and Behaviours so that we are able to talk with you clearly and without "jargon".

It is our responsibility to provide treatment options for you - you cannot make an informed decision about your treatment with only part of the information. Therefore, different types of treatment may be presented. From a treatment option that will get you by until your circumstances change, or to having the ideal treatment.
